Today kicks off the new universal Benetton campaign, created by Fabrica., the communication research lab of Benetton, that aims to discover the new faces that will be featured in the Benetton ads for the United Colors of Benetton line for Fall- Winter 2010/2011. The online casting will give emphasis more on personalities and unique sense of fashion rather than beauty.
To participate all you have to do is sign up on http://casting.benetton.com, to create your profile and upload photos and videos that show your personal style. The online community can vote for the finalists up until the 16th of March. The 100 highest voted entries get featured in the new book on global style and win 200 euro to spend in Benetton. From these, 20 will be selected by a panel of judges with great experience in the fashion industry and will fly to New York for a week to be in the photo shoot for Benetton 2010 Fall/Winter campaign by the well know British photographer Josh Olins.

On the http://casting.benetton.com you will also get the chance to really get into the world of Benetton and live an extraordinary fashion experience with the help of Augmented Reality technology. All you have to to is hold up the black and white code on the print ad to your webcam.
Get on the biggest runway of the planet, and let us know in the comments bellow your thoughts and whether you dared to show your colors by creating your own profile!
