The Karen Walker Look

Karen Walker presented her Fall/Winter 09/10 collection after the name “Cracked”. Among the items of the line, there were showed cracked leather jackets and jersey tops with motives that were cut into pieces! The first look of the collection though was not…cracked at all!!! The every-closet’s-key-piece…trench matched with cigarette trousers proved that simple pieces can be worn in the most elegant way! And that can be achieved only with the help of…the accessories! Hat, gloves and lipstick-red pumps lifted up the outfit!

To make the outfit a little more wearable, instead of bright yellow gloves, we chose these in skin tone from Achilleas Accessories. The trench is one of the most basic pieces in your closet so you have to invest in one that comes in the best price but also in the best quality and shape! Here we found one from Zara that matches our standarts! The cigarette trousers are GAS jeans and that makes the outfit a little more casual! For the rest of the outfit, the hat is from ASOS and the pumps are from Topshop! Red shoes always help in creating an interesting outfit!
