Dolce & Gabbana
In the 20s, pioneer Coco Chanel introduces for the female closet, navy trousers and other ensembles aiming at making women feel comfortable when practicing the new trend of the era: sports. An extreme trend back then. Suddenly, women had to “forget” their skirts and succumb to this new trend: trousers that, until then, were connected with men and masculinity.
Dietrich Arrested for Wearing Suit!

Marlene Dietrich
This fashion continued in the 30s and was adopted by two legendary film actresses: Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich. In fact, the latter, was arrested by the Head of the French Police, while walking down river Seine, in Paris, because she was wearing suit. And thanks to her, today all women are free to wear trousers and blazers, in order to emphasize our femininity.

Androgynous style is very sexy and this is something that even men admit. And what’s the most important tip? It can be adopted by all women, regardless of their body shape, since a costume “adds” inches and “removes” kilos.

Chanel
The most… daring ones, can choose a pair of silk or leather trousers (a must-have for season), with drapes around the waist and the hips, for the evening. The more conservative ones can go for a classic tweed or wool suit combined with a cotton top. The only secret, you have to keep in mind, is to always have your jacket buttoned (when not sitting) because it shows your waist thinner and, if combined with a pair of trousers in straight line, it adds height, as well.

Chloé
Last, but not least, androgynous style is very comfortable and chic and, at the same time, is very sexy, if you choose silk or leather, especially for your evening look. Try it!
