Four months ago, Hush Puppies Company launched a shoe design competition to find the next top designers of the shoe planet. Entrants had to design a shoe and to be creative and unconventional.
Over 700 entrants, from all over the world, submitted their designs and, now, the 20 semi-finalists’ designs are online for the people to vote. The winner will compete in a second round with four other finalists, chosen by the judges, and – after a mentoring by the company’s designers – they will resubmit their improved designs, in October.
The winner’s shoes will be made and sold exclusively by Schuh.
