Lily Fragaki handmade jewelery

During one of our latest walk in downtown Athens, we found ourselves in the secret oasis that is Karytsi square. Friendly little coffee shops, quiet atmosphere and in the middle of the square, the traditional little church of St Georgios. Right there, behind the church, one can find hidden from the common eye Lily Fragaki’s jewelery workshop. Inside an old neoclasical building, Lily lovingly designs and makes by hand her unique objects and jewllery, using a special technique to oxidize copper. This time of the year is perfect for a visit, as Lily makes beautiful Greek Easter candles, decorated with her handmade copper charms, which can later be worn as jewelery.

OK, I feel like I’m cheating since I can’t read the Greek text above … but I LOVE THAT BROOCH! My favorite spring purchase is these patent leather combat boots. Not so springy, you say? Well, I intend to pair them with little floral sundresses all season, thank you very much.sf09_034.jpg

My favorite spring purchase has been this Wickham Scarf from Anthropologie. http://bitly.com/tHOn

It has a beautiful fuschia color with light blue flower cutouts and brightens up any outfit. Thanks for the lovely giveaway :)

I love to roll my sleeves up but with the weather so unpredictable it is nice to be able to roll them down when I go outside, so this spring I went for the ‘double top’, the T-shirt look under a wide necked jumper, it was more of a ‘scoop the neck line’ that flows under the collar bone to the tops of your shoulders, with the loose sleeves of the jumper tightening in under the elbow to the wrists, these you could push up with ease, they would stay there or you could roll them down and still look good.

Transferring the summer look of double T-shirt to T-shirt and Jumper was a great idea. But I can’t find a photo of one, sorry.

όμορφη δημιουργία για ενα ντελικάτο σχέδιο που όμως κρύβει μιά δυναμική εξαιρετική αλλά και μιά ευαίσθητη καλλιτεχνική ψυχή.
