The opening of the photo exhibition by former male model, photographer Spyros Poros and the fashion shows of Makis Tselios and Kathy Heyndels signaled the start of Fashion Week Athens. Unfortunately, there have already been some misadventures. Specifically, several invitation-carrying individuals didn’t get admitted to Makis Tselios’ show, because it was supposedly already too crowded. Let’s hope the rest of the shows go down smoothly…
If you happen to come by Technopolis during Fashion Week Athens, don’t forget to visit the second floor of the sponsors’ building. There you will be able to watch the fashion shows on real-time through the big screen in Fashion Cafe, and you will get to visit the Workshops Exhibition, with creations by the students who participated in the workshops of the previous fashion week, and see what they had to say about this summer’s trends!
